La Cantera Desarrollos Mineros Strengthens the Future of Mining with the Creation of the Guanajuato Mining Cluster and the Signing of an Education Agreement.
La Cantera Desarrollos Mineros reaffirms its commitment to the sustainable growth of Mexican mining by participating in two strategic initiatives that will contribute to strengthening the sector in the state of Guanajuato and throughout the country.
One of the most significant events was its incorporation as a founding member of the Guanajuato Mining Cluster, an organization created to consolidate a more competitive, innovative, and collaborative mining sector. This initiative seeks to bring together companies, academic institutions, government agencies, and specialized suppliers to promote projects that strengthen the mining value chain, foster knowledge transfer, encourage the adoption of new technologies, and generate greater development opportunities for the industry.
In addition, a collaboration agreement was signed between the Federal Government, educational institutions, and companies in the sector, including La Cantera Desarrollos Mineros. This agreement aims to establish cooperation mechanisms to promote training programs, scientific development, applied research and professional development, fostering increasingly specialized preparation of the human talent demanded by the mining industry.
